Barcelona are pulling out of the race for Bayern Munich leader Josua Kimmich.
The Catalan club’s executives were scared off by Bayern’s asking price as well as Kimmich’s wage demands.
It was previously reported that Kimmich will have a conversation with new Bayern head coach Vincent Kompany to determine his role at the club.
Josua is expected to have a detailed conversation with Kompany after his vacation. The player would like to return to the midfield, although there is a lot of competition in this position after the signing of Pagliña.
Kimmich feels comfortable in Munich and has recently built a new family home in Grünwald. But things are currently looking up for the departure. Bayern don’t want to lose the player as a free agent next summer.
By the way, Bayern wants to keep their winger and will hold talks with him.
