Former Arsenal and England midfielder Jack Wilshere could be on the verge of launching his coaching career outside the Arsenal system.
Wilshere is in talks with Norwich City to join the coaching staff of the Canaries’ first team.
Jack is reportedly excited about the opportunity to work under head coach Johannes Thorup, and his relationship with Ben Knapp, Norwich’s sporting director, has played a key role in this potential move.
Knapp, who worked at Arsenal until October 2023 as a loan manager, facilitated the connection.
Wilshere is set to replace Narcís Pèlach, who left Norwich last month to take over as manager of Stoke City.
Reminder: Wilshere currently manages Arsenal’s U-18 team. Norwich sits in seventh place in the Championship after nine rounds of matches.
